Hello ! The latest 0.2.1 version is now available for Fabric 1.21.1.

Changelog : backported every new things to 1.21.1.

Non-exhaustive list :

Vanilla hardcore game mode behavior modification (you can now create your world in hardcore)
Possibility to use real time instead of in-game ticks for life regain
GUI modifications (hardcore hearts can be rendererd in normal game mode, death screen changes (adapted to your number of lives remaining)
Commands to edit config in-game & to respawn a dead (with 0 remaining lives) player
