minor performance improvments
recent MC versions physics tend to make the wallrun "clunky", so I switched the default WallRunReact time to 5 -> 8 ticks. So the feeling might felt less clunky, but a bit easier to reach farther distance on a wall.
softlanding with rolls now has a min/max distance to trigger. From 3 to 28 blocks. Might differ a bit through Minecraft physics.
