25w03a broke the datapack. But it also made it compatible with ALL entities, not just those that look like horses!

So now compatible with all entities that can be ridden with saddles. (25w03a and beyond ONLY!)

Added compatibility with several versions of MC so you can use it on 1.21 even if the new syntaxe isn't compatible.
The horse will no longer be forced to stand still even after uninstalling the datapack!
