Added two new gunpowder synthesis methods, one is formula synthesis, the other is Creep explosion will drop gunpowder. In recipe synthesis, if Create is installed, the recipe will be changed. Both the probability and the number of Creep explosions dropped can be modified by configuration. Recipe without Create installed. Recipe when Create is installed. Creep Explosion Probability and Quantity of Dropped Powder Configuration.
