Added new tool type: Vein Excavator
- Only useful for gravel and clay
- Similar recipe to vein hammer
Fixed an issue where multiple players with the same tool type could interfere with each other
Added mushroom stems as valid saw block
Polymer AutoHost is now bundled!

Help Wanted: Vein Excavator Translations are needed for Russian & Taiwanese!

Everything was tested and should work as expected, though if you find something please report it.
