New Feature: Entity Whitelist/Blacklist
Added a new config option useEntityWhitelist
false (default): The entityList now acts as a blacklist, preventing the specified mobs from getting a stand
true: The entityList now acts as a whitelist, allowing only the specified mobs to get a stand
The blockedEntities option has been renamed to entityList for better clarity
Improved Config Descriptions.
All comments for the config options have been rewritten to be clearer and more informative
