- Added new Health system category
- Vital part heal priority - moved under the new category
- Vital part heal priority threshold - moved under the new category
- Added damage multiplier config for each limb type along with a global multiplier
Extended /tarkovcraft command with heal subcommand
- Allows you to heal a specific limb of any entity and also recover disabled limbs
- To heal specific live limb: /tarkovcraft heal <entity> <limb> <amount>
- To heal specific live/disabled limbs: /tarkovcraft heal <entity> <limb> <amount> includeDisabledLimbs
- To heal all live limbs: /tarkovcraft heal <entity> <amount>
- To heal all live/disabled limbs: /tarkovcraft heal <entity> <amount> includeDisabledLimbs
