translationModesystem as a replacement for the "followBaseLanguage" terminology. - set: i18n Manager Override system to be disabled by default & set to the
Follow Minecraftmode. - add: IConfigHandler 'onLanguageChanged()' callback for whenever Vanilla changes it's language. This is optional; but useful if you want to make sure the Downstream mods are properly tracking when Vanilla changes it's language setting.
