Adds bloodlust to the Angels! They get angry over time, and cause a screen effect to appear.
Adds config options via YACL.
Adds heartbeat sound.
Adds "quantum locking" if an angel stares at another.
Fixes spawn-rate related issues.
Added new models, and "enraged" versions of each.
