Adds a new End Anchor Item that makes it possible to respawn in the end

Features
- This mod adds one new block: The "End Anchor" which is similar to the vanilla Respawn Anchor.
- You can charge it by right clicking enderpearls, it explodes when you set your respawn point in another dimension as the end.
- When exploded it spawns endermites instead of fire.
Please note that your old spawnpoint is replaced so you will be spawning at the overworld world spawn after leaving the end.
⚠️ End Portal Texture may be buggy with some shaders
