Remove StationAPI dependency (StationAPI is no longer required)
- It is marked as optional for this mod, but isn't needed for anything currently
- There is a possibility that the StationAPI dependency will be added back in if the debug screen API is ever completed
  - Though possibly it could still remain an optional dependency
