Half-Life Menu v3.0

Ported to 1.21.1
Migrated to official Mojang mappings
Remove all dependence on external APIs, for future single-jar multiloader support
Made the menu more accurate, with new Half-Life style Minecraft logo
Cleaned up code

Resource packs made for previous versions WILL NOT work as textures are now loaded directly from the jar. This was done to work on Fabric and Quilt without their respective APIs present (needed for Quilt past 1.21.1)

NeoForge will not be supported until Minecraft version 26.1 as thats the most likely to become the new stable modding version.
