The very first version of the mod
Now Enderman can spawn with blocks (which is already stated in the mod's name, and in readme, and whatever, who the hell even reads these release notes, why am I wasting my time, I have other things I need to do)
Oh, and also Endermen can't place blocks in The End now, but you can change this in the config file
