Additions

WIP ProjectE Compatibility
New wood type: Movcadia
- WIP, nothing is finalized and might not spawn at all
- has compatibility with Twigs, and farmer's delight cabinet

Changes

New config system
- Nearly everything is configurable
Stats Changes to steel:
- Damage +1
- Attack Speed -0.2 (eg. 1.6 -> 1.4)
- Armor (3,6,8,3 from 2,5,6,2)
- Armor Toughness -1
Spellbook changes:
- Diarkrite and Anthektite
  - Changed Max Mana multiplier from MULTIPLY_BASE to ADDITION
- Steel
  - Added Max Mana: 50
  - Buffed Spell slots from 7 -> 8
Updated compatibility with Sniff's Weapons

Fixes

Diarkrite and Anthektite blocks are now fire resistant
SimplySwords' Compat Chakrams being spelled as charkram (item id has changed, my bad)
Fixed Max mana from 10000% -> 200
Fixed Alex's Caves Tag issue
