Completely re-written from scratch to support Minecraft 1.20.4.
Added sitting animation to friendly creepers.
Improved explosion effects of some creepers such as ice, water, and spider creepers.
Added a creative mode item tab for elemental creeper spawn eggs.
Moved spawn configuration to a data json.
Added biome-specific creeper spawns, e.g. water creepers more common on beaches. All creepers can still spawn in the overworld, except magma creepers which only spawn in the nether.
