Beta version of the config system. Allows the user to change the attributes of an existing item, remove them, or add new ones entirely. Keep in mind that this is a very early version and is not recommended for a regular play-through. Please report any bugs you may find either in the comments under this mod or in the bug report section in my discord server.

Changes in this version:

Made Electrum and Adamantite tools be configurable as well
Added the 'dependency' field. If the namespace of a mod is included here, the weapon will only be loaded if this mod is installed. Multiple entries can be given, but have to be separated by commas
