Crossbow Enchants 1.3.4 for Minecraft 1.21.2 and 1.21.3.

This update brings Crossbow Enchants to the latest Minecraft version, and fixes the following issue:

Fixed a bug in which the Piercing and Multishot feature was controlled by the global toggle instead of its specific toggle.
