Added the #crooked_crooks:bone_tool_materials item tag, which is now used for the Bone Crook
Changed the grass multiplier to 2x on NeoForge (Fabric remains at 3x due to technical limitations)
Fixed the Bone Crook taking cobblestone as the repair item instead of bones
Cleaned up the NeoForge-side code
