Added support for loading placed leaderboards from world JSON files.
You can now place leaderboard JSON files directly in data/cobblemon_leaderboards/placed_leaderboards.
Improved startup loading so imported leaderboards are picked up automatically on both NeoForge and Fabric.

Fixed manually added leaderboard JSON files not showing up in game.
Fixed imported leaderboards not appearing in /leaderboard list in some cases.
Fixed world leaderboard data being lost when saved data was empty but JSON files were still present.
Fixed a world creation/startup crash caused by leaderboard initialization timing on NeoForge.
