CobbleHelx Relics

Welcome to the Helx Universe.

CobbleHelx Relics is a content expansion mod originally developed for the Two Way Europe Cobblemon server and modpack. It introduces Chrysalis Relyx, a rare and valuable currency gem used across the Helx ecosystem for rewards, progression, events, and future gameplay systems.

At the moment, the Chrysalis Relyx is designed as a staff-controlled or reward-based currency item rather than a naturally generated resource. Server owners can distribute it however they see fit. We suggest to choose mods that enable a bounty systems, quests, events, crates, shops, or any reward mod/datapack compatible with item rewards.

Some items are accessible by dropping one on the Magic Relic Block. Try it yourself!

The Runecarver can be used to right click rune blocks to change them into other variants.

Server & Modpack Usage

This mod is fully usable in:

• singleplayer
• multiplayer servers
• custom modpacks

While natural acquisition is not yet implemented, server owners can already integrate the item into progression systems using mods such as:

• bounty/reward boards
• quest mods
• loot tables
• custom NPC rewards
• shops and economies

Planned Features

We strive to release an update for this mod at least once a month. (Unless something is broken and needs a hotfix.) The project is actively expanding. Planned additions include:

• Chrysalis Relyx ore generation
• Config options to enable/disable ore spawning
• The mysterious Eospark Tree
• Spark Coal related mechanics
• More decorative and functional blocks
• Statues featuring our mascots and prominent figures of Helx
• stonecutter/variant selection type custom block (very likely going to be a workbench)
• Additional relics, gems, and collectibles
• Texture improvements and visual polish
• Expanded lore integration within the Helx Universe
• A patchouli book functioning as a wiki and lore book
• .. who knows? Suggestions welcome

In the long run we're planning a full dimension for everything Helx related, but we want to serve the main blocks and items first before going into that adventure.

The All Rights Reserved license applied to this mod refers to all our lore, textures and original/unique ideas that are not common amongst other mods, modpacks or game mechanics. If you wish to adapt, edit or be heavily inspired by our Helx Universe, please contact us through the Discord Server.
