Updated to 7.3_04 and to Halplibe 5.3.0!

No longer requires TerrainAPI or Dragonfly, models have been remade in code and generation done with mixin
Swamps have gotten an overhaul with big dripleafs and vines
Permafrost copper ore has been added
Lightning rod should work much better as a conductor now
Axolotls are currently unfinished
Some textures have been cleaned up/tweaked
