ButterBee now only optionally depends on CliffTree, and no longer prevents world creation when CliffTree isn't present
- By default, some variants will only spawn in CliffTree biomes. Other biomes can be included by adding them to the variant's specified biome tag
Removed the no resource pack warning message, as it caused several issues
