- renamed the texture and id of the seed packet items (planting all your seed packets is recommended, so you don't lose them)
- slight texture improvements to watering cans
- lowered the volume of plant shooting sounds
- added "frozen_pea_projectile", "pea_projectile", "plant_explosion", and "spore_projectile" damage types to the "bypasses_cooldown" tag
- fixed potato mines being able to explode if they are babies
- increased shooting plants' shooting speed and projectile damage
- fixed healing plants with seed packets not costing sun
- fixed chompers' chomping
- fixed repeaters not shooting zombie players
- added config options for a future Amendments compat
