Ctrl + middle click to pick up tuned note blocks.
Right click will always open tuning GUI. No need for a book any more.
You can toggle that off with /blocktuner command. To turn it back on, use the same command.
You can no longer reset tuning with barrier. You won't use it anyway, will you?

Now server will require you to have a compatible version of BlockTuner, otherwise you are treated as without the mod.
