Better With Aether-BTA

Major changes:

• Added blast furnace and trommel to mineable by aether pick list
• Aether flowers can now grow on aether moss blocks
• Aether trees no longer abide to season growth rules
• Cockatrices can now spawn in light levels of 7 and below
• All aether worlds use perlin flat clouds now
• Swets and aechor plants can now be restricted from spawning by lighting an area up

BugFixes:

• Fixed aether music not playing (hopefully)
• Fixed entities falling from the aether... into the aether..
• Bunnies have been cleaned up and no longer fail when its raining
• Skyroot buckets can now be crafted again
• Phoenix bow model now works correctly

Dependencies:

• Halplibe >= HalpLibe 5.3.1
• Catalyst = 2.8.0
• UselessNumericals >= 1.1.0-7.3_04

More precisely the following version are required. Note that the catalyst-all version contains the correct version of both of these:

• Catalyst-Core >= 2.2.0
• Catalyst-Effects >= 2.3.0
