Update BetaLAN to support new UniTweaks server settings
- Single player difficulty setting will now be carried over to the LAN server
  - Previously only easy and peaceful mode were carried over to the server, but now normal and hard will also transfer
- The other new setting from UniTweaks is available as a config in this mod and is spawn protection radius
Use Java Properties class for LAN server properties
