OLD DATA CAN NOT BE SUPPORTED. PLEASE, RELEASE YOUR MOUNTS BEFORE UPDATE

The code has been rewritten for the most part
Added a cooldown to Vehicle/Mount absorbing
Added a data saving when Vehicles dies
Added a Vehice/Mount removing when player dies when riding on. Data then saved too, and Entity being absorbed into Key/Bauble.
Bug fix with dedicated server NullPointerException with getTag().getType()
Other bug fixes related to the addition of the above functions
