Vegan honey bottle recipe for all versions now uses data pack's small_flowers tag instead of Minecraft's built-in tag
- This fixes a bug in the vegan honey bottle recipe in 1.21.4
- Wither roses in all Minecraft versions can no longer be used to make vegan honey bottles
Added prismarine shard recipe for 1.20-1.20.4 because I apparently forgot to before. oops.
