Chinese New Year Edition

Fixed the anvil repair recipes for swords and shields, now properly displayed in JEI
Shield rotation is no longer interrupted when taking damage
Thrown shields now lose durability when hitting entities
Adjusted the crafting recipes for some enchanted books
Added the Sticky Tongue enchantment, replacing the previous Power enchantment that was exclusive to grappling hooks
