Minor mc version compatibility update

Technical part

• Datapack divided back into 2 separate packs for 1.19-1.20.6 and 1.21-26.1.2, Which results in:
• Error Couldn't load file/Trek.zip pack metadata: Multi-version packs cannot support minimum version of less than 15, since this will leave versions in range unable to load pack. should not appear anymore
• Fixed incompatibility with newer neoforge versions (Issue #26)
• Overall datapack size is halved
