Tool Trims

Here's another beta version, backporting Tool Trims to 1.21.1:

• Added support for 1.21.1 as a separate version file, it has a couple of differences:
  • Some features that require the latest Minecraft features, such as resin trims and trimmed tridents, are not present
  • To get the tool trim templates in creative, run /function tooltrims:get_items
• Fixed a shader issue that streched the redstone torch model
• Technical Changes:
  • The mod id of the version for modloaders has been changed to tool-trims
  • The trim palettes have been flipped horizontally to match the vanilla ones

Tool Trims Mod has also received a rewrite and now supports migration from versions 3.0.x of the data pack.
