Throwable Fire Charges
Adds a new item called the fireball which can be thrown similar to the fireballs in hypixel bedwars.

- Fireballs will now use the firecharge texture when the optional resource pack is not installed
- When the resource pack is installed, they will use the custom texture
- Note: Fireballs from old versions might not show the right texture, but they should still be functional
