Added 18 new food items from the concessions in the movie theatre

Added the ability to obtain individual items with the following function:
- /function give:[item] (Only works for items that start with A or B so far)

Removed ore blocks (ruby block, etc) since they had bugs

Fixed a visual bug with the workbench
