Dungeons and Taverns Pillager Outpost Overhaul

Fixed it generating DnT maps despite DnT structures not existing if only using the pillager outpost overhaul Removed maps from the chests in general. IF played together with Dungeons and Taverns, they will spawn maps to illager structures but ONLY if you load DNT OVER the pillager outpost overhaul
