Cobblemon Stellar Blue

Hello everybody!! You waited long for this, but they are finally here: Lumora's Starter Pokémon Tigriff, Emberam and Equelpi are joining us on our adventure!

This update adds:

-a brand new and fresh remodel for Stellotl -Infastella (can be found in Stellotl's stead now)

-Tigriff, Griffern and Griffaera (spawning ultra-rarely in jungles)

-Emberam, Aurnaram and Furnauries (spawning ultra-rarely on hills)

-Equelpi, Equiross and Equirin (spawning ultra-rarely in fresh water)

-Quantom and Phantasmau (spawning uncommonly in plains)
